Decluttering works.

When you walk into as many homes as we do, most have lots of personal items that have been collected over the years.

It’s best to remove all personal items like family photos and excessive ornaments and the many small prints that seem to collect all over walls.

Kitchens can often be cluttered with appliances on benches. Leaving bench spaces free of clutter with everything put away in cupboards and perhaps a simple vase with flowers on it can make a great visual impact.

When your house is open to potential buyers it needs to be very ordered, neat and minimalistic – keep it feeling spacious and leave room for them to imagine!
